Experience & Advocacy

Aidin Ghavimi is the firm’s Managing Attorney and a seasoned litigator representing exclusively plaintiffs. Aidin represents individuals in employment matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, unfair competition, and restrictive covenants. He also maintains a robust personal injury practice, representing plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Throughout his career, Aidin has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, guiding them through high-stakes litigation with skill, determination, and strategic precision.

Before co-founding Starpoint Law, Aidin spent several years representing large corporations and insurance companies in multimillion-dollar employment and personal injury matters. This experience gave him valuable insight into how companies assess risk, where employers commonly falter, and the strategies defense attorneys deploy to defeat meritorious claims. Aidin leverages this inside knowledge to anticipate defense tactics and pressure points, giving his clients a distinct advantage both in and out of the courtroom.

Aidin believes that strong attorney-client relationships are the foundation of successful advocacy. He makes himself readily available to his clients, providing his direct cell phone number and encouraging open communication, even after hours and on weekends. His clients know they can rely on him not just for legal expertise, but for steadfast support during difficult times.

Aidin is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He also devotes time to pro bono work, providing legal assistance to low-income individuals through various community-based legal clinics in the greater Los Angeles area.
